We had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The room was spotless, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The location was perfect, as it was just a short walk to amazing shopping at Harrods and beautiful Hyde Park. We also loved how easily accessible the hotel was to various attractions, such as Piccadilly, Leicester Square, and Covent Garden. The breakfast provided was delicious, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

The hotel facilities were top-notch, with clean and spacious rooms that were well-insulated despite being in the middle of a bustling neighborhood. The staff was incredibly attentive and friendly, always going above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. They even offered an early check-in after my long flight from Australia. Additionally, the breakfast was delicious, and the bar served divine cocktails.

The breakfast buffet is very good, with additional cooked options available. Staff are friendly and attentive.
